The American Cancer Society is holding a 5 Mile swim challenge fundraiser for the month of July. Recently, some friends of mine lost a dear friend to cancer.
Help me raise money for an always important cause.
I’ve designed this letterpress printed broadside as a fundraising incentive.
I love to swim so am setting this up as a “swim-a-thon” sort of fundraiser.
So you’ll be donating on a per miles basis.
My swim goal for the month will be 15-20 miles or more, I like goals and challenges.
For example:
You purchase the one $2 below
I swim 20 miles in July
End of July I send you an invoice for $38 (20×2=$40 minus the $2 you already donated)
I donate the proceeds to the American Cancer Society
I mail you a letterpress broadside as a thank you
AGAIN just to gently reiterate it’s a per mile thing.
So don’t pull a Michael Scott and pick “10” below and then get really surprised when I send you an invoice for $190 at the end of the month.
